Bike Ride: Non-Tour de France

Early this morning the Dells resumed their training for the MS 150 here in South Carolina. I'm not much for the training in the heat. Thus I'm motivating early morning excursions instead of riding in the late afternoon.

Also I encourage anyone who wishes to learn more about cycling to watch the Tour de France. I would say it's somewhat like watching NASCAR but on two wheels. If you have a cable channel Versus, then you are in luck because they are providing complete coverage.
